Hello darling! I am Kimberly Simmons and I'm a life coach. I'm passionate about helping others to take control of their lives and create positive change. I've been coaching clients for over 10 years now and I'm still amazed by the impact that coaching can have on someone's life. From the small details, like making them more confident in their day-to-day life, to the bigger picture, like helping someone to realize their full potential, I'm always inspired by the progress that my clients make. I believe that everyone has potential and that with the right guidance and support, they can unlock it and achieve the life they've always dreamed of. During these years and I have helped thousands of individuals and couples around the world on their journey towards personal fulfillment and life satisfaction.

My approach to life coaching is to help my clients understand themselves better, to find clarity on what they want from life, and to help them make the changes they need to make in order to get there. I use tried and tested coaching methods, such as goal setting, visualization, and working on mindset and self-esteem, to help them reach their goals and make lasting changes. As a background, I have a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Chicago and I am a certified Life Coach. I am also a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. the Role of Mediation in my courses

As a life coach, I incorporate meditation skills in my courses to help my clients gain greater understanding of themselves. With meditation, clients can learn to slow down, be present, and tune into their inner wisdom. I also share the history of meditation, its various styles, and how to choose the right practice for you. I've been practicing meditation years and have seen its transformative power in my own life. I'm passionate about helping others experience the same peace that comes with a regular meditation practice.

Inspiring others by doing what really inspires me

I believe that the best way to truly make a difference in the lives of those around you is to focus on what brings you joy. Doing what inspires you gives you the motivation to take on any challenge and to strive to be the best version of yourself. When you take the time to focus on what makes you feel alive, you can radiate this energy out to those around you and inspire them to do the same. Whether it’s taking a yoga class, painting, cooking, or doing what truly makes you happy will bring a sense of passion and purpose to your life that you can share with others.
